Main House: 5 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms Studio: 2 bedrooms 1 Bathroom Toowoon Bay Beach house is the ultimate family accommodation. The home is located 100 from the beach, across from local cafes, restaurants, bottle shop and a short drive to shopping centres. In the main house there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and 2 bedrooms and bathroom downstairs. The Kitchen, living and dining are located upstairs, with a large rumpus room, including pool table downstairs. Outdoor entertaining areas include the north facing upstairs deck, which gives the true holiday vibe, swing in the hammock, sip on cocktails or gather with friends. The lower entertaining deck is fully enclosed within the front yard. The BBQ area is also located in the front yard but totally private. There is a 2 story cubby house and sand pit for young children. There is a surfboard rack with surfboards and Kayak for guests to use and store their own beach equipment. Outdoor hot shower. Please note the garage space is not included in booking. We require an undertaking from guests and clients who book for short term ‘accommodation only’ not to have parties, events or gatherings and give an assurance that the property rented is for the use of registered guests and for the use of those people. A day/evening visit/luncheon/dinner by a few friends is fine if confirmed with the Central Coast Stays team in advance. |
