The outdoor entertaining area has a sofa for lounging during lazy afternoons which overlooks the pool and lake.

- Deep sea fishing excursions from Terrigal Haven or bring along your fishing rod, paddle board, canoe or Kayak and enjoy all of this from the back yard.
The home is also just a short 10 min drive to Erina Fair shopping precinct.
