This incredible home is perched on the edge of a National Park, it is a 50m stroll to Spoon Bay, a peaceful and secluded beach perfect for snorkelling, swimming and fishing. Scattered with natural rock pools its great for all the family to enjoy. Walk along the beach to Wamberal and then on to Terrigal's cafes and restaurants. Dunderave has 270 degree panaromic views from virtually every room with the use of expansive glass creating a seamless indoor/outdoor environment - travel via the internal lift to step out onto the outdoor entertaining area with 8 seat spa and outdoor kitchen. With state of the art technology and appliances throughout and the finest in all fittings nothing has been overlooked. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens - both kitchens have dining table for 10. The upper kitchen also has a butlers pantry. Six bedrooms - 4 with queen beds, 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 singles. Dunderave also has 3 bathrooms and 2 separate living and dining areas. On the upper floor there is a beautiful reading room stocked with books or sit in the observatory with its gas fireplace and watch the whales go by. Dunderave is perfect for families who like to holiday together but also like to have their own space to retreat too. Everything has been thought of to ensure your stay is memorable - all linen is provided, snorkels, fishing rods, surfboards all available for your personal use.
